Frequently Asked Questions
Create a student account on our Register page — it takes about a minute. Our team reviews every registration, and once it's approved we set up a short meeting with the parents to talk through goals, subjects, and the right teacher. Classes are only scheduled after that conversation, so every schedule starts with a plan.
After the parent meeting, we build the schedule together around your availability. Classes run Monday through Friday, 3:15–9:00 PM, and every student gets their own weekly time slot with their teacher. Enrolling siblings? Each child gets a separate slot of their own.
All classes run on Central Time — we're in Kenner, Louisiana. If your family is somewhere else, we confirm the equivalent time where you live when we schedule, so there's never confusion about when class starts.
Life happens — just call or WhatsApp us. We can cancel a single class or pause the whole schedule, and if we ever close for a day, that day's classes are cancelled for everyone. Parents automatically receive an email whenever their student's class is cancelled, moved, or rescheduled.
